Welcome to Tompkins County Purchasing
The goal of the Purchasing Division is to obtain the goods and services required by Tompkins County departments at the best possible price. These goals are achieved in accordance with GML 103 and 104b and policy 06-07 of the Policies and Procedures of Tompkins County Government.
Vendors are encouraged to visit the Vendor Registration section where you will be re-directed to the Central New York Purchasing System. Upon registration vendors will be eligible to view and download Request for Quotations, Request for Bids, and Request for Proposals.
Bid notifications are advertised in the Ithaca Journal, www.theithacajournal.com and posted on the Central New York Purchasing System and the Tompkins County Purchasing website under "Current RFPs", "Current RFQs', and "Current Bids".
