Welcome to Tompkins County Purchasing
The goal of the Purchasing Division is to obtain the goods and services required by Tompkins County departments at the best possible price. These goals are achieved in accordance with GML 103 and 104b and policy 06-07 of the Policies and Procedures of Tompkins County Government.
Bid notifications are advertised in the Ithaca Journal. Specifications for bids not requiring a bid deposit will be posted on the Central New York Purchasing System (click on the "Vendor Registration" link to be redirected to this site), and the Tompkins County Purchasing website under "Current RFPs", Current RFQs", or "Current Bids".
Please note that it is the bidder's responsibility to check the website(s) or to contact the Purchasing Division for addendum(s) to the specifications.
