Agricultural Product Development

The agricultural community can benefit from a collaborative relationship with the County's institutions of higher education. One way to do this is to encourage research and development at Cornell University, which is the federal land-grant institution of New York State, for new uses of agricultural products. Joint pilot projects can also be sponsored between farmers and Cornell to test new products and processes.
