Members Present:   Kathy Luz Herrera, Dooley Kiefer, Mike Lane, Dan Winch

I   Call to Order

Chair Mike Lane called the meeting to order at approximately 5:05 PM.

II   Workforce Development

Resolution: Approval to Purchase Swipe Card System and Budget Adjustment – Tompkins County Workforce Development

Debbie Giordano provided a draft resolution and discussed the background on the need to act to purchase the swipe card system for Workforce Development’s One Stop Center. This is now mandated by NYS. A grant has been provided, but must be used by June 30th. Due to the close deadline, NYS has arranged for a streamlined procurement process and this will not go through the usual bid process of Tompkins County Finance.

The resolution was duly moved and seconded, and passed 4:0.

III   Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at approximately 5:20 PM.
