 The meeting was called to order at 5:25 p.m.

Department of Social Services

 Position Requests
 It was MOVED by Mr. Booth, seconded by Mr. Todd, and unanimously adopted by voice vote by members present, to approve the request to fill the positions of Senior Social Welfare Examiner and Caseworker as requested.

Health and Human Services Committee

 It was MOVED by Ms. Schuler, seconded by Mr. Koplinka-Loehr, and unanimously adopted by voice vote, to approve the request to fill the positions of Senior Social Welfare Examiner and Caseworker as requested.  Ms. Robertson feels the program is mandated and questioned the definition of a mandate.  Ms. Carey said as far as the County is concerned it is not mandated program, but it is a mandated program by the State.  She said she will provide clarifying language in the future.
