Called to Order

            The meeting was called to order at 2:45 p.m.

Appointments – Ethics Advisory Board

            Ms. Kiefer as Chair of the Ethics Advisory Board explained a written complaint was received and the Ethics Advisory Board is required to meet within 30 days of the receipt of a complaint.  Upon scheduling a meeting, the Clerk informed her there were two vacancies.  The two individuals whose terms expired December 31, 2005, are interested in being reappointed and have submitted their application form for consideration.

            Mr. Booth requested the question of advisory board members continuing as a member until replaced be researched.  Mrs. Covert agreed to ask the County Attorney to research State law. 

            It was MOVED by Ms. Kiefer, seconded by Mr. Stevenson, and unanimously adopted by voice vote by members present, to approve and submit the following appointments to the full Legislature for approval:

            Ethics Advisory Board

            Willard Ticknor Daetsch – term expires December 31, 2009

            Faust Rossi – term expires December 31, 2009
