Function:  The purpose of this Board is to provide the Tompkins County Legislature and the Commissioner of Planning with advice on comprehensive land use planning and matters relating to regional, County, and municipal planinng consistent with Article 12-H of the NYS General Municipal Law (GML) and the Tompkins County Charter.
