Function: The purpose of this Board is to formulate,
promulgate, adopt, amend, or repeal and publish rules, regulations, orders
and directives for the security of the life and health in the health district
which shall not be inconsistent with the Public Health Law of State Sanitary
Code. These rules, regulations, orders, and directives are known
as the County Sanitary Code.
