Religious Structures of Groton
Located at 47 Groton City Road in Groton City, it is believed that the Groton City United Church of Christ was once a Methodist Episcopal Church. The History of Tioga, Chemung, Tompkins & Schuyler Counties, published in 1879 says the building was constructed in 1834 at a cost of $3,000 and would seat 350 people.
