The Christian Church of Enfield at Fish Road began in 1821 with 5 members, organized by Elder Ezra Chase. In 1851 the 23rd session of the New York Central Christian Conference met in the Christian Meeting House in Enfield. The church was incorporated in 1910,and at one time thee was a membership of over 160 though by 1927 there were only six. The building was torn down in 1938.
