Employee Assistance Program Request for Proposals
Response Deadline: June 1, 2012

The Greater Tompkins County Municipal Health Insurance Consortium is requesting proposals from Administrators of Employee Assistance Programs.  The Consortium is located in the Southern Tier Region of New York and has over 2,300 employees covering approximately 5,000 lives.  The group’s Plan Year is January 1st through December 31st and as such is seeking a January 1, 2013 effective date.   This is the first year that all entities participating in the Consortium will consider offering Employee Assistance Program Services administered through a single carrier.

All questions about the meaning or intent of the specifications of this RFP must be submitted in writing and either faxed to (315) 425-1394 or emailed to slocey@loceycahill.com and jtaber@loceycahill.com .  Replies will be mailed or delivered to all parties recorded as having received the original Proposal.  Questions received less than four (days) prior to the date of submission of Proposals will not be answered.    

Verbal inquiries over the phone cannot be answered regarding this process.  This will ensure that all entities will have access to the same information in responding to this RFP.
