ServSafe Food Manager Certification Courses
Two-Day Certification Course
This 2-day course provides nationally-recognized certification in food
safety and fulfills the new NYS mandatory food handler certification
requirement.
The ServSafe curriculum uses the
most recent FDA Food Code updates/standards and the recently
released text, ServSafe Essentials (5th ed.).
Details:

as well as food preparation volunteers. Participants will
receive a certificate upon completing this workshop.
