  • Nationally-recognized certification in food safety.
  • Uses the most recent FDA Food Code updates and standards.
  • Certification exam is given the same day.

Details: This training will cover:

  • the basics of foodborne illness.
  • purchasing, receiving and storing food.
  • preparing, cooking and serving.
  • cleaning and sanitizing.
