ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Courses
Two-Day Certification Course
This 2-day course provides nationally-recognized certification in food
safety and fulfills the new NYS mandatory food handler certification
requirement. A passing score on the certification exam confers certification for 5 years.
The ServSafe curriculum uses the
most recent FDA Food Code updates /standards and the recently
released text, ServSafe Essentials (5th ed.).

Employee and Volunteer Food Safety Course

Course
This would also be an excellent class for someone looking
to expand their job opportunities in the area of food service,
as well as food preparation volunteers. Participants will
receive a Certificate of Participation upon completing this workshop. No exam is given.
Details: This training will cover:
- the basics of foodborne illness.
- purchasing, receiving and storing food.
- preparing, cooking and serving.
- cleaning and sanitizing.
