Immunization Clinics

Routine childhood immunizations offered free at TCHD immunization clinics for ages 6 weeks through 18 years.

Vaccine Information Statements (VIS) are provided for all vaccines administered at TCHD immunization clinics. The VIS are factsheets produced by the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC.) Each VIS explains to vaccine recipients, their parents, or their legal representatives both the benefits and risks of a vaccine.

All current VIS documents are available for you to read at the CDC Web site. At any TCHD clinic, you are provided with the specific VIS for the vaccine or vaccines you or your child is about to receive. You will get the VIS, and may take time to read it, before the vaccine is given.
