Members of the EMC serve on a voluntary basis in an advisory capacity to the Tompkins County Legislature and represent various constituencies from throughout Tompkins County.  Any Tompkins County resident is encouraged to submit an application to be considered for appointment. It is Tompkins County's goal to have a full roster of diverse individuals working towards the betterment of the entire County.  All meetings are open to the public, so feel free to attend our next meeting.
