          Long Term Care Services can assist you with the complex array of choices you are confronted with when considering residential long term care.

          Long Term Care Services performs the community based PRI (Patient Review Instrument), an assessment required by all New York State nursing homes before nursing home admission can be considered. This service is free of charge and available to all Tompkins County residents who are seeking residence in a New York State nursing home.

         We can also provide information about nursing homes, the application process and assistance with the process of nursing home placement when remaining at home is no longer feasible.
