Long Term Care Services provides
comprehensive assessment for any Tompkins Country resident regardless of income and free
of charge, to assess long term care needs. A nurse or case worker will make a home
visit and assess such issues as safety, health needs, residential needs and other services
needs and develop a plan to meet those needs.
