This program is for residents of Tompkins County who are over 55 and meet eligibility guidelines. Assistance is provided in different aspects of the job search including resume writing and revision, making contact with potential employers, and developing interview skills. On-the-job and classroom training is also provided. Those recently unemployed for 15 weeks may also be eligible for unemployment benefits.
