Hospicare

Hospice: comprehensive end-of-life care including nursing, social work, home health aide, volunteers, spiritual care, bereavement care, needed therapies. Also includes medications, equipment and oxygen. Bereavement: services to community.
Transitions: offers volunteer support for people with a life-threatening illness who are still undergoing treatment and/or have a longer prognosis.
Hospicare Residence: Hospice care provided at home, in area nursing homes including Kendal, and at the hospicare residence which has 6 private bedrooms, a kitchen for individual meals, adjacent living and dining area, whirlpool tub and meditation room.
