Here you can download the complete text of New York State's Penal Law and Criminal Procedure Law, current as of the beginning of 2005.

The source of these files is the "consolidated laws" section of the New York State Assembly web site. We have downloaded the text files found there, combined them into a single large file, and reformatted them so they are easily searched and navigated using a standard word processor.
