District Attorney Gwen Wilkinson announced today that a Dryden man has been indicted on multiple counts related to child pornography.
Michael B. Lucas, 45, is accused of possessing images depicting children under the age of seventeen engaged in sexual conduct.
The indictment, which was handed up yesterday in Tompkins County Court, accuses Michael Lucas of two counts of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child, and two counts of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child.
Mr. Lucas is in Tompkins County jail on $25,000 bail.
The New York State Police conducted the investigation. The arrest was made with support from the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office. Assistant District Attorney Daniel Johnson will prosecute the case.
