Tompkins County STOP-DWI is pleased to announce the fourth annual Awards Luncheon will be held on December 10, 2010 at the Holiday Inn located at 222 South Cayuga Street, Ithaca, New York. Presentation of the Awards will begin at 12:15 p.m.
