SALE OF COUNTY PUBLICATIONS

Objective:    To establish procedures for regulating the sale of County-produced publications

Reference:  Budget Committee

Policy of the Board of Representatives:


1.      County departments often produce publications as a by-product of the work of the department.  A price reflecting the actual printing cost should be charged for each County-produced publication, unless the department involved has the resources to provide copies at a lower cost or at no cost and considers this to be a service of the department.
