The Tompkins County Office for the Aging matches homebound seniors with volunteers of all ages who regularly visit, providing support and companionship. The Office for the Aging is willing to provide matches based upon mutual interests, geographical area or level of need. The Friendly Visitor Program facilitates wonderful social interaction between seniors and other members of the community, and helps to thwart the isolation that so many often face.
