What is Tompkins Care Connection?
Tompkins Care Connection is a cooperative project between the Tompkins County Office for the Aging and Long Term Care Services to provide information and referral about the many long term care services available in Tompkins County and to improve access to these services.

NY Connects provides information on many services, including:

• Home Delivered Meals
• Transportation
• Respite Care
• Home Health Care
• Free In-home Assessment
• Counseling and Support
• And More

It will also let you know who provides those services nearest to you and how to get in touch with the service providers.
