The Office for the Aging will match volunteers' interests, abilities and availability with the specific needs of each caregiver. If you are thinking of volunteering for Project CARE, and you can only commit to a short amount of time each week, we will work with you to find a task that fits into your schedule. Paid Respite Help Through Project CARE Project CARE does not send volunteers to provide respite in situations where hands-on personal care is needed. In those instances, Project CARE may arrange to pay for weekly respite service through a home care agency. For information about other caregiver supports, see Services for Caregivers |
