Mission:

The Tompkins County Health Department is a full service health department serving the public health needs of the residents of the county. It is the mission of the Health Department to promote, preserve, and improve the health of the people of Tompkins County consistent with public health law. Although fees for services may vary, no one will be denied services based on the inability to pay.
