Food Manager Certification Courses at CCE-TC:

Two-Day Certification Course

This 15-hour course provides nationally-recognized certification in food safety and fulfills the new NYS mandatory food handler certification requirement. The ServSafe curriculum uses the most recent FDA Food Code updates/standards and the recently released text, ServSafe Essentials (5th ed.).
